Autumn albums

Released today (Nov 6, 2020), New Habitat is the fifth album by Gourmet. The album features three of my compositions and three co-writes with Mikko Innanen who also wrote three compositions for the album. In addition to the regular Gourmet lineup soprano Mari Palo sings on two tracks and percussionist Sami Kontola brings his touch on six. The album is available as CD and on all major digital platforms.

Additionally, I play electric bass and some guitar on Lähtöpassi tulevaan, a new album by Hannu Salama and Hepa Halme. The album was released by TUM Records on September 4, 2020. Although I played on the opening track of the previous Salama and Halme collaboration, Auringonnousun talosta helvetin kuuseen (2015), on this album my playing can be heard on all tracks along with Hepa Halme, Matti Riikonen, Arttu Tolonen and Pekko Käppi.
